Content – Following a typical transaction, each module is divided up into clear sections, and compiled by experts in the field. They are structured to ensure that users have a thorough knowledge of each section before progressing to the next stage of the course.

Convenience – Users are able to access the course from their desk without having to leave the office, saving valuable time. It has been designed to allow you to take the course section by section.

Flexibility - Once started you can save your results and return to the course at a later date.

Feedback – Whether you have answered a question correctly or not, after each answer you provide, the service provides feedback.

What software do I need to run the service? – This course can be completed on a Windows or Macintosh PC with Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer 5 or later.

You must also have JavaScript enabled and an active internet connection throughout the duration of the course.

How long will the course take?

The course is designed so that you will need to spend three hours to complete all sections. Users cannot progress to the next section until the allotted time for the current section has expired.

How do I claim my CPD points?

On successful completion of the course, a certificate will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provide.

How long does my registration last?

Once we have provided you with your unique password, you have a year to complete the module.
